Scott M. Federoff

Scott M. Federoff was born in Warren, Michigan on November 17, 1971. Scott grew up in Fort Wayne, Indiana and later attended Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana where he obtained a B.A.J. in journalism and a B.A. in psychology. He attended Wake Forest University School of Law as a Law Faculty Scholar, and graduated in 1997. While at law school, he was the President of Phi Delta Phi Ruffin Inn legal fraternity, and President of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society. Before moving back to his hometown, he practiced law in the Hilton Head Island, South Carolina area from 1997 through April, 2003.

Scott's practice focuses on real estate transactions and development, including land use, zoning and condominium formation. He has extensive knowledge of commercial lending transactions and has prepared loan documents on behalf of lenders for small loans with unique collateral to multimillion dollar loans for commercial development. He also forms business entities and provides ongoing representation to companies. Additionally, he assists clients with applications for trademarks, on both state and federal levels, as well as federal copyright applications.

Scott is married to Wendy, who he met while at Indiana University. They have a daughter named Ashley who was born in September of 2000, twins Connor and Nathan born in November of 2004, and a yellow lab named Bailey.
