Jason M. Kuchmay practices in the areas of business litigation, real estate litigation, and probate litigation. Jason practices in both state and federal courts and he is admitted to practice before the State Courts of Indiana, the Seventh Circuit United States Court of Appeals, the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.
Jason was born in Farmington, Michigan on April 27, 1971. Jason graduated from Michigan State University in 1993 where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Science Pre-Law. He later attended the University of Toledo College of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude in 1998. While at the University of Toledo, he was elected to the Order of the Coif and served as the Executive Editor of the University of Toledo Law Review.
Jason has two daughters, Abigail and Lindsay, and a son, Jackson.
